FIG. 10F is a lateral side view of the resection guide 820c. FIG. 10F illustrates the soft tissue displacement feature 1020. In one embodiment, the soft tissue displacement feature 1020 includes a superior protrusion 1022 and an inferior protrusion 1024 as illustrated in FIG. 10F. However, in another embodiment, the soft tissue displacement feature 1020 may not include an inferior protrusion 1024.
