In the illustrated embodiment, each of the resection guides 820a, 820b, 820c may be configured for use on a medial side of a midfoot of a patient, with the side visible in FIG. 8 facing away from the bone(s). The parts of the resection feature 822a or resection features 822a, 822b may be positioned and oriented relative to each other to facilitate an arthrodesis surgical procedure that remediates a deformity with a goal of correcting a deformity.
